SARS Operative Shot During Gun Battle With Degbam Cultists in Rivers State (Photos)

Some members of the Degbam cult group who engaged SARS operatives have been neutralized in Rivers State

A member of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) who was shot yesterday during a shootout with some armed men suspected to be kidnappers along the East/West road in Emouha area of Rivers state is responding to treatment.

It was gathered that the armed men who blocked the East/West road were members of the Degbam cult group. Before the encounter, the cult members had been terrorizing motorists plying the road. Motorists complained about the criminal gang before security operatives intervened.
