Some members of the Degbam cult group who engaged SARS operatives have been neutralized in Rivers State The SARS operatives during the encounter   A member of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) who was shot yesterday during a shootout with some armed men suspected to be kidnappers along the East/West road in Emouha area of Rivers state is responding to treatment.
