Notorious billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwumadike aka Evans   Policemen attached to the IGP Intelligence Response Team(IRT) have uncovered a truck yard belonging to notorious kidnapper and billionaire Chukwudumeme Onwumadike popularly known as Evans.   According to  Saturday Sun , the multimillion naira truck yard was acquired from the proceeds of kidnapping.
