The unease was a result of his being ceaselessly pressured to authorize a military invasion of the breakaway Republic of Biafra.   Thirty officers had been recalled from courses abroad. Irate Ugandan citizens have put up a member of the parliament for sale after he was caught urinating on the wall of a building. Ugandan lawmaker, Hon. Ibrahim Abiriga   A Ugandan lawmaker representing Arua Municipality Hon.
